By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place orders with us. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To purchase from Bean & Brew, you must:

- Be a resident of a country we ship to (see our Shipping Policy for the full list)
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout
- Not use our website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@beanandbrew.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
Orders & Formation of Contract
Placing an Order
All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase products. A contract between you and Bean & Brew is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.
- You add products to your basket and proceed to checkout
- You enter your delivery and payment details and submit your order
- We send you an Order Acknowledgement email (this is not acceptance)
- We review and confirm availability, then send an Order Confirmation
- Your order is roasted and dispatched β a contract is formed at this point
Order Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order at any time prior to despatch if: the product is no longer available; there was a pricing error on our website; we are unable to verify your payment; or we believe the order may be fraudulent. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy; however, if a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 1β2 business days of roasting. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, though we will always endeavour to meet stated timescales.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders
- Import duties and taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, unless the products have been opened or used (as coffee is a perishable foodstuff, opened bags are exempt from this right).
How to return
- Email returns@beanandbrew.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and a prepaid returns label (UK only)
- Package the item securely and drop off at your local Post Office within 7 days
- Refunds are processed within 5β10 business days of us receiving the return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We do not refund original delivery charges unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Subscription Service
Our subscription service ("Brew Club") allows you to receive regular coffee deliveries at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected frequency.
- You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled despatch to take effect that cycle
- We will send a reminder email 5 days before each charge is processed
- Subscription pricing is locked for 12 months from the date of first subscription, after which the standard subscription rate applies
- Free delivery applies to all active subscriptions within the UK
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Any prepaid subscription periods will be honoured in full or refunded at your election.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website β including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, brand names, and software β is the property of Bean & Brew Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission
- You may share links to our pages and use brief quotations for editorial purposes with attribution
- Our trade marks ("Bean & Brew", the cup logo, and associated marks) may not be used without our express written consent
- User-generated content (such as reviews) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bean & Brew's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise β even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we accept no liability for any losses arising from unavailability of the website.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZA123456. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Governing Law & Disputes

Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our products, or our business practices. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account with us) and by displaying a prominent notice on our website for at least 30 days.
